Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains our default handling for consultations, project work, recurring maintenance, and card payments.
Consultations
- Cancellation up to the day before: free
- Same-day cancellation: handled case by case
One-off builds and project work
- Before work starts: full refund or rescheduling
- After work starts: settle based on completed work
- Major scope changes after requirements are fixed: separately quoted
Monthly maintenance / subscription
- To avoid the next renewal, cancellation must be requested by the day before renewal
- Pro-rated refunds are generally not provided
Stripe payments
- Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method
- Refund timing depends on the card issuer or bank
Exceptions
- Where required by law
- Where the contract states otherwise
- Where we materially fail to perform the agreed service
