Price	Pricing follows the structure on our pricing page. Standard rates: Small project starter — from JPY 110,000 Audit-ready operations core — from JPY 275,000 Mid-size to large build — from JPY 660,000 / 2 weeks Maintenance (monthly) — from JPY 110,000 (Light / Standard / Pro tiers) Currency, tax treatment, payment terms, and scope are confirmed in the applicable quote, order form, or contract. International / English-language projects are quoted individually based on scope and operational requirements.
Additional fees	Bank transfer fees, communication charges, and pass-through third-party costs where applicable
Payment methods	Bank transfer, Stripe card payment, and other methods we specify
Payment timing	Single projects: on application or as agreed in contract. Maintenance: recurring on the billing cycle.
Delivery timing	According to the scope and schedule defined after agreement and requirement confirmation
Cancellation / refund	Governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary: Project work — full refund or reschedule before work starts; after work starts, settlement is based on completed work. Monthly maintenance / subscription — cancel by the day before the next renewal to stop further billing; pro-rated refunds are generally not provided. Stripe refunds are issued to the original payment method; refund timing depends on the card issuer or bank. EU / UK consumers (B2C) may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Distance Selling rules (e.g., Directive 2011/83/EU), subject to the stated exceptions. Where an individual contract or order form states otherwise, those terms govern.
Mid-term termination	Subject to the applicable contract terms.
